Winter Festival and X International Marathon «Zhiguli Sea».

International marathon Zhiguli Sea is the largest snowkiting competition in Russia. The event programme includes marathon races, master-classes, equipment tests, and seminars, which are held on the ice of the Kuibyshev artificial lake. Previously, there were several stages of Russian Cup and National Championship in snowkiting on the basis of Zhiguli Sea Festival.
