International Youth Summer Camp 2015

June 17-22, the International Youth Camp Togliatti - city of the World 2015 unites children from different countries on the banks of the Volga river at the sanatorium "Raduga" ("Rainbow") again.

Youth camp is organized with the participation of educational institutions of Togliatti and foreign partners. The camp provides unique environment and facilities for learning and getting experience of international interaction for children. Traditionally, the teenagers who take part in the camp study foreign languages and culture of other countries, communicate with their peers. The delegations of foreign students are also the participants of official meetings in the City Hall of Togliatti.

This summer, the students from Russia, Germany, China, Italy will be united in four international teams at the International summer camp 2015.

There will be daily master-classes and lessons such in groups as English, German, French and Russian as a foreign language . The classes are organized by professional teachers in the camp. The study process is based on the system of different levels according to the students's previous level of knowledge.

The program of the International children camp 2015 is dedicated to the Year of Literature. Every day of camp life is held in the style of a particular literary genre, for example, adventure, folk, lyrical and poetic, detective. Children will be able to discuss literary topics, read favourite books, and play an exciting games. The key literary and dramatic event will be the ball of literature characters and each participant will present his/her own image of favourite character using make-up, costume and theatrical transformation.

Camp participants will be able to demonstrate their skills and talents studying theatre, cinema and photography, decorative art and dance.

The students will have the excursions in Togliatti, including Volga river tour, a visit to the National Park "Samarskaya Luka", and a trip to Shiryaevo village.

The participants will take part in planting of the Avenue of Friendship at the sanatorium "Rainbow". Each participant will be able to express his/ her opinion and views about the life in the camp, writing articles in the newspaper editions of the International camp 2015.

The International summer camp in Togliatti offers various team creative activities, sport competitions, outdoor team games, tourism activities, and a lot of free time to communicate with new friends.

The groups leaders, specialists, the foreign language teachers, translators, teachers of workshops, experts of Togliatti educational and social organizations will become good friends to children, they will allways support and help the participants of the International summer camp.
