Le Havre is a sister city of Togliatti in France

From 3 to 7 April 2019, the delegation of the Togliatti city visited the city of Le Havre. On April 4, there was an official meeting of the delegation of Togliatti with M. Jean-Baptiste GASTINNE, the Mayor of Le Havre, which took place at the City Hall of Le Havre. In the presence of Alexey Meshkov, the Russian Ambassador to France, and Alexander Turov, the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in France, held the signing ceremony of the Protocol on Friendship and Cooperation between Togliatti and Le Havre.
