Delegation of the sister-city of Piacenza (Italy) visit Togliatti

From November 17 to November 23, a delegation of the Province of Piacenza (Italy) will visit Togliatti, headed by the President of the "Piacenza in the World" Association at the City Hall of Piacenza.
