MTS and the Administration of Togliatti agreed to "digitize" city sights

A leading Russian provider of digital, media and telecommunication services and the Togliatti Administration signed an agreement on social and cultural cooperation aimed at introducing digital technologies in the field of culture. The first project within the framework of the agreements reached will be an interactive guide "Virtual Walk in Togliatti", which is planned to be launched in 2021.
